These terms apply to the website and communication channels of Chiropractic Health Center — Dra. Julie Martínez Borgos (MiQuiropracticoPR), Cupey Plaza, Suite 6, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00926.
Use of the site
The content of this site is informational and does not constitute personalized medical advice, nor does it create a doctor-patient relationship. All evaluation and treatment recommendations happen in person, at the clinic, after evaluating your case. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Text messaging (SMS) program
Chiropractic Health Center — Dra. Julie Martínez Borgos sends service text messages only when you call the clinic and we cannot answer. The process has two steps: (1) you receive a first message that identifies the clinic and asks whether you would like to receive a link to book your appointment online; (2) only if you reply SI (YES), you receive a second message with the booking link. We do not send reminders, promotional, or marketing messages. All text messages are sent from our number (787) 592-3034.
- Consent: obtained in two steps — you initiate contact by calling the clinic at (787) 223-9160, and you confirm by replying SI (YES) to the first message. If you do not reply SI/YES, you will not receive the link or any further messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving services from the clinic.
- Frequency: maximum of 2 messages per call (the confirmation message and, if you reply SI/YES, the message with the booking link).
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message and you will not receive further text messages.
- For help: reply HELP, or call us at (787) 223-9160.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: your mobile number and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, our online booking system), which are governed by their own terms and policies.
