Information we collect

This site is informational and contains no forms: we do not collect or store personal data through the website itself. We do not use advertising-tracking tools. We use Vercel Analytics to count visits anonymously and in aggregate — it uses no cookies and does not identify any visitor.

When you call the clinic or write to us, we collect the information you provide (such as your name and phone number) solely to respond to your request and coordinate your appointments.

Text messages (SMS)

If you call us and we cannot answer, or you provide us with your phone number, we may send you service text messages related to your appointments (for example, to return your call or schedule an appointment). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get assistance by replying HELP or calling (787) 223-9160. See our Terms of Service for details.

Third-party services

The site uses Google Fonts for typography and includes an interactive Google Maps embed; when they load, these Google services may receive technical information from your browser (such as your IP address) and use their own cookies, subject to Google's privacy policy. WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app or website, subject to its own privacy policy, and the online booking link opens our appointment system.

Any health information you share with the clinic by phone, WhatsApp, or in person is handled confidentially, in accordance with applicable laws.
